1. Introduction
Welcome to KHAT. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our eSIM services. KHAT is operated by ALSHAYA Technologies LLC. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service and Compatibility
KHAT provides international eSIM data plans by acting as a reseller for third-party telecommunication networks. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your device is both eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before making a purchase.
3. Purchases and Payments
Supported card and digital-wallet payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (Stripe). If you use a card or supported digital wallet, you authorize us to charge that payment method for the applicable purchase amount. KHAT Balance may be applied to eligible purchases in accordance with its available balance. Prices are subject to change.
4. Service Delivery and Installation
Upon successful payment, an eSIM profile is provisioned to your account. You must follow the provided instructions to install it. An eSIM can generally only be installed once and cannot be recovered if deleted.
5. Activation, Validity, and Usage
Activation and validity depend on the particular package conditions. Data usage is monitored by our network partners. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend service for abusive usage that violates our partners' fair use policies.
6. KHAT Balance, Promotions, and Referrals
KHAT Balance is promotional credit that may originate from cashback, referrals, promotions, compensation, or KHAT-issued credits. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and will be permanently forfeited if your account is deleted or closed.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of eSIMs, installed or activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable. Verified technical failures may qualify for full or partial refunds. For detailed conditions, please review our Refund Policy. All refunds must be processed manually by contacting support.
8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
